Neesh wants both Clients and Masters to be treated fairly. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and disputes work for services booked and paid through the Neesh Platform. Payments and refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Because the services offered on Neesh are in-person, time-based appointments, the rules below balance Client flexibility with Masters' need to protect reserved time.
Individual Masters may set more flexible terms, which are shown on their profile before you book. Non-refundable booking or service fees, where charged, are disclosed at checkout.
If a Master cancels, fails to appear, or is unable to perform the booked service, the Client receives a full refund of the service price and any fees charged for that booking. We may also help the Client rebook with another Master.
If a service is not delivered as described, or there is a genuine quality or safety issue, the Client should contact support@neeshapp.com within 72 hours of the appointment with details and, where possible, photos. Neesh will review the situation in good faith and may issue a full or partial refund, or another fair resolution, after considering input from both the Client and the Master.
If you do not recognize a charge or believe there has been an error, please contact us first at support@neeshapp.com so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us may delay resolution. Neesh works with Stripe to review and respond to payment disputes fairly.
