Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please note: This policy is a good-faith template tailored to Neesh's beauty-services marketplace. It has not yet been reviewed by a licensed attorney. Specific timing windows and fee amounts below are reasonable defaults and should be confirmed and legally reviewed before launch.

1. Overview

Neesh wants both Clients and Masters to be treated fairly. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and disputes work for services booked and paid through the Neesh Platform. Payments and refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Because the services offered on Neesh are in-person, time-based appointments, the rules below balance Client flexibility with Masters' need to protect reserved time.

2. Cancellations by Clients

  • More than 24 hours before the appointment: cancel for free and receive a full refund of the service price.
  • Within 24 hours of the appointment: a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price may apply to compensate the Master for reserved time.
  • No-show or cancellation after the start time: the booking is generally non-refundable.

Individual Masters may set more flexible terms, which are shown on their profile before you book. Non-refundable booking or service fees, where charged, are disclosed at checkout.

3. Cancellations or no-shows by Masters

If a Master cancels, fails to appear, or is unable to perform the booked service, the Client receives a full refund of the service price and any fees charged for that booking. We may also help the Client rebook with another Master.

4. Refunds for unsatisfactory service

If a service is not delivered as described, or there is a genuine quality or safety issue, the Client should contact support@neeshapp.com within 72 hours of the appointment with details and, where possible, photos. Neesh will review the situation in good faith and may issue a full or partial refund, or another fair resolution, after considering input from both the Client and the Master.

5. How refunds are issued

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • You will receive a confirmation once a refund has been processed.

6. Chargebacks & disputes

If you do not recognize a charge or believe there has been an error, please contact us first at support@neeshapp.com so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us may delay resolution. Neesh works with Stripe to review and respond to payment disputes fairly.

7. How to request a cancellation or refund

  1. Open the Neesh app and locate the relevant booking, or email support@neeshapp.com.
  2. Tell us your name, the booking date, and the reason for the request.
  3. Our support team will respond, typically within one business day, and process eligible refunds promptly.
