This Privacy Policy explains how Neesh ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by NEESH LLC, located at 300 S Beverly Dr, Suite 203, Beverly Hills, CA 90212, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Neesh mobile app and website (the "Platform").

2. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password.
• Profile information (Masters): services offered, pricing, portfolio images, business details, and licensing information you choose to provide.
• Booking information: appointments, services selected, dates, times, and locations.
• Payment information: processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Neesh does not store full payment card numbers; Stripe handles card data under its own security and privacy practices.
• Communications: messages you send to support and reviews you submit.
• Device & usage data: app interactions, device identifiers, approximate location (with permission), and log data used to operate and improve the Platform.

3. How we use information

• To provide and operate the Platform — creating accounts, enabling bookings, and processing payments and payouts.
• To verify identity and prevent fraud, including identity and payout verification through Stripe.
• To provide customer support and handle refunds and disputes.
• To send service-related notifications and, where permitted, marketing communications you can opt out of.
• To improve, secure, and personalize the Platform.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Payments & Stripe

We use Stripe to process payments and to pay out Masters via Stripe Connect. When you make or receive a payment, certain information (such as name, contact details, and bank or card details for Masters) is collected and processed by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy. We share with Stripe only the information needed to process transactions and meet legal and anti-fraud requirements.

5. How we share information

• Between Clients and Masters: limited booking details needed to deliver a service (e.g., name, appointment details, and location).
• Service providers: vendors who help us operate the Platform (e.g., Stripe for payments, hosting and analytics providers), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• Legal & safety: when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect personal information. Payment card data is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

8. Your rights & choices

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
• Adjust device permissions (such as location) in your device settings.
• Depending on your location (e.g., California residents under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights, including the right to know and the right to delete.

The Platform is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
